Info: Hey, I’m Evan. An American that is basically in love with Polish football, yes weird huh? I suppose it started back in 02 back when I was still a student in the University of Warsaw, I would always go to Polish Ekstraklasa and National team games with friends. Now years after that, I’m back in LA working for Polish SOCA! LA. Unfortunately its a smaller branch from Polish SOCA NY where the HQ is, so I get to see less of the action especially whenever a Polish team comes to America to play a friendly or so. As most of my friends know, I’m a big MLS fan, and a die hard LA Galaxy supporter, so whenever I’m not watching the Polish NT play, or the Ekstraklasa, then I’m watching the LA Galaxy. With a Polish wife, I look forward to someday moving to Poland and finally go watch Polish games live again.

Info: Hello! My name is Lukasz Kotecki and I love Polish football. I’m 24 years old and I reside in Rochester, New York. I grew up in Gliwice, Poland, supporting and following Gornik Zabrze. Some of my greatest memories are from going to matches as a younger boy and seeing them up close. One of my favorite memories was a 1998 match, Gornik Zabrze against Odra. Marcin Kuzba scored a hat trick and Kamil Kosowski had like 4 assists. They looked amazing and won 6-0! I don’t think anybody in the world could have beaten them that night. I’m also a big supporter of the national team. I was never more proud of our squad when they beat Norway 3-0 to clinch a birth in the 2002 World Cup, an achievement that I witnessed for the first time in my life, and Poland witnessed for the first time in 16 years. I love talking football. It’s what I do best and i look forward to writing for this web-site. When I’m not watching football, I’m watching hockey, and in particular the Buffalo Sabres.
